Two external private seating areas enable you to enjoy the lovely countryside.

It has a lovely vaulted lounge, dining and kitchen area.

The lounge has a comfortable settee and chair, flat screen Freeview TV and DVD together with a glowing wall mounted electric fire.

The superb kitchen has quality fitted units, halogen hob, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and automatic washing machine

The vaulted double bedroom has an adjoining bathroom with bath/hand held shower and W.C.

WiFi is available throughout the property and it is heated by oil fired central heating.

The property is suitable for 2 people, small children and pets allowed on request

The Hayloft is accessed via external stone steps and is completely self-contained.

There is an allocated parking space adjacent to the steps and a small patio with table and chairs for enjoying the rural setting. There is a further outdoor balcony space accessible from the bedroom.
