Questions before you book

When can I check in and out?

Self check-in from 3pm on the day of arrival and check-out by 10am on the day of departure. Early or late check-in and luggage drop-off are available on request.

What is the minimum stay?

Minimum stay two nights. Long stays are welcome.

Can I bring my dog?

Pets are welcome in Thistledown Cottage, The Forge and The Hayloft. Please speak to us before booking; the cost is £20 per pet per stay.

What is the cancellation policy?

Full refund for cancellations made 7 days or more before check-in. No refund for cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in. Full policy

Is there parking?

Yes. Parking is free and on site, with an allocated space for each hideaway.

Are bed linen and towels provided?

Yes. Bed linen and towels are provided, along with coffee, tea, sugar, milk and cooking essentials.
