It has a lovely open plan sitting and dining area adjacent to the cosy sleeping space. The sitting area has a comfortable settee with flat screen TV (Freeview & Netflix provided). The Forge has a separate kitchen has with fitted units, combination microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge/ freezer.

The bathroom has a fabulous shower area along with sink and W.C. WiFi is available throughout the property and it is heated by oil fired central heating.

The property is suitable for 2 people, small children and pets allowed on request

The Forge is accessed through patio doors and is all on one level. It is completely self-contained and detached from The Old Manor House.

There is an allocated parking space adjacent to the entrance and a small patio with table and chairs for enjoying the rural setting
