Perfect for couples, The Forge is an immaculate studio apartment created from a mellow stone barn, with a modern yet cosy feel.
Situated in the Peak District National Park, locations don’t come much better than this. The Forge has superb views across the valley and lovely walks from the door, and is close to the Peak District’s wealth of attractions, including Chatsworth House, Dove Dale and Haddon Hall. The Forge provides a beautiful bolthole from which to discover the area.
It has a lovely open-plan sitting and dining area next to the cosy sleeping space. The sitting area has a comfortable settee with flat-screen TV (Freeview and Netflix provided).
A separate kitchen has fitted units, combination microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge-freezer. The bathroom has a fabulous shower area along with basin and WC. WiFi is available throughout and it is heated by oil-fired central heating.
The Forge is suitable for two people; small children and pets are welcome on request. Spa treatments are also available.

Arriving at The Forge
The Forge is entered through patio doors and is all on one level. It is completely self-contained and detached from The Old Manor House, with an allocated parking space next to the entrance and a small patio with table and chairs.
A brisk riverside stroll will soon get you to the local pubs in Darley Bridge, and the nearest town, with all its facilities, is a five-minute drive.
