Your privacy

The Old Manor House Cottages are run by Wendy Tracey at The Old Manor House, Snitterton, Matlock, DE4 2JG. Wendy looks after any details you share with us.

If you send us a message, we receive your name, email address, phone number (if you add it) and your message. If you book a stay, we also receive the details needed for your booking, such as your dates, the number of guests and your address. Online bookings and payments are handled by our booking system, Smoobu, which only shares with us what we need for your stay.

Only to answer your questions, arrange and look after your stay, and keep the records we are required to keep. We never sell your details or use them for marketing without asking you first.

Messages are kept for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry. Booking records are kept for as long as the law requires for accounts and tax.

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them or have them deleted. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your details, you can contact the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
