Walking

If you enjoy walking and taking in some of our breathtaking scenery you only need step out from your front door. Local walks include Wensleydale, Darley Bridge, or over the hill to Bonsall

Just a short car journey away are the stunning views of Stanton Moor as well as beautiful river walks at Bradford Dale and Lathkill Dale, near Youlgreave.

Other amazing walks within easy reach are Chatsworth Park, Dove Dale, Edale as well as a selection of traffic free trails for a more relaxed walking experience

Cycling

The Peak District is one of the most popular locations for mountain biking in the UK. Our area has many rides from difficult routes on challenging terrain to family friendly jaunts.

The Monsal, Tissington & HighPeak trails which are suitable for anyone who is able to cycle.
