A brisk riverside stroll will soon get you to the local pubs in Darley Bridge.
Matlock, with its county town facilities is a 5 minute drive.

A super dining kitchen with pine units and table, hob, oven, microwave, fridge, automatic washer and dishwasher. An attractive upstairs double bedroom with pine furniture and views across the valley. A downstairs bedroom with twin beds looking over the garden. A bathroom with bath/shower over and W.C. WiFi is available throughout the property and it is heated by oil fired central heating.
There is an attractive patio and garden with furniture, adjoining the open fields. Ample parking is available.

Thistledown Cottage is accessed via two stone steps and is completely self-contained.
There is an allocated parking space adjacent to the steps and a lovely walled garden with table and chairs enjoy the rural setting.
